Because we all know that all crimes and terrorists acts in japan are made by… uhhh… japanese themselves… but sometimes in the dark they look like foreigners, so they scare old ladies… so we must take steps to protect them.
Since this island is just filled with closet pedophiles, alcoholics, fanactical religious terrorist and industrial spies. Can’t we ask them to do the same at the departure gates ? Provide the police file on everyone that want to leave the place ? and the reason why they want to quit such a nice… Coutry, where the asylum is run by the inmates.
